Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Because your tumblers are handmade, please allow (5-7 business days) for your order to be created and package before it is shipped

Ready -to-ship vs. custom items: Note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time. Custom-made or personalized orders may require a longer processing period.

Holiday season: During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated clearly on our shop’s homepage or in an announcement banner.

Estimated delivery time

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, which should be active within 24 hours.
Lost or damaged items
While we package items carefully, we are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping. For damaged items or lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
International shipping
We currently ship to (the United States and Canada or indicate domestic only). We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility
